Ideas for when bored with your friends:

1. Pudding eating contest with your hands behind your back

2. Donut eating contest with no hands. Hang a donut on a string and have someone hold it above your head. You can't use your hands, now try to eat it!

3. Have an epic game of basketball. No penalties. Very entertaining (and painful! but fun!)

4. Go to 7-11 and get Naked. (don't worry, just the drink)

5. Watch Emperor's New Groove and give everyone characters (I was the old man that got thrown out the window haha :D)

Sorry I haven't updated for the LONGEST time! I am VERY VERY busy (mostly because of soccer! EVERY DAY!!!) and I guess you can also blame Facebook! :) Here's an update! (and some random photos!)

Chandler, Ruby, Annie, Zoie and I go to Dairy Queen every Friday after school again this year! :) YUM!!! now if only I can earn some money.....

ACTING!!! Every Tuesday Annie, Chandler, and I go to acting! It's way fun, except for the fact that we have to do some Shakespeare stuff. :(, and we always try to take action shots before and after class! ha ha!

Annie's birthday was a few days ago and (from left to right) Zoie, Ruby, Me, and Chandler "kidnapped" her and took her out to breakfast! The masks didn't really scare her, but they did freak out her little brothers! ha ha!

FINALLY my piano teacher passed me off for 100 years by Five for Fighting. It's fun to play, but took SOOOO long! Now I'm playing Stuck in the Moment by U2! :) It's fun playing songs that aren't classical!

Soccer! I have soccer every day (usually) except Sundays! I am doing school soccer and comp. soccer! ReALLY tiring but lots of fun! :) Here is Ruby! look at how awesome that is!

Last Day of Summer Party!!!

Well, like a farewell party i guess. Chandler, Ruby, Chandler's brother and his friends, and me all went to Lagoon!!! It was really fun! We went on tons of rides, played a bunch of the games (Colin's friend, Affie, won me a blow up guitar because the person guessed Affie was 7 when he is really 12! Ha ha! I mostly payed for the game so I got the prize!), and took lots of pictures!!! Here are a few of them!

Soccer! I started soccer again this year. Luckily I'm doing a new soccer team! I'm now on Impact.

My last team, Scorpions, wasn't very good. I really like my new coach, Marcello. He's from Peru! He is really patient and funny. We do fun drills that also help us improve and he is open for any questions!!! Also, I have a bunch of friends on my team, Ruby, Ella, and Sarah! I like my team! On Tuesday we are playing a practice game against the Scorpions! I hope that we win!

School!(?) Well, school starts a week from tomorrow. I'm kind of excited to start. I want to see my friends and see what my teachers are like. And it's always kinda' fun to start school, until you start getting into it. I am not excited for the work and tests and homework and all that boring stuff. Oh well, at least I haven't already started. My cousin, Kay, and her family started at the beginning of August! Wow!

Tomorrow I am going to Brighton Beehive Camp! Last year I went and I loved it!most of our groupour leader! (Powell)

When I get back from Beehive camp i am going 2 Lagoon!!! (i'm pretty sure!) I love amusement parks, though my dad isn't that thrilled to go. Ha Ha! I really want to ride this ride: (wicked)

After Lagoon on August 2nd I am staying at home reading all day. A lazy day? Kind of. I will be reading the new and last book in the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer! They are SO good! Yeah!

BYU Soccer Camp

I just got back Thursday evening from BYU. I went to a really fun soccer camp there. We slept in the dorms, ate in the Cannon Center, and the BYU Women's Soccer team were our coaches! My coaches were really nice and helpful. I learned a lot about how I can improve. I played forward and midfielder there. I had a lot of fun! Here is our general scheldule. We were SO busy, tired, and sore, but had a blast!

Yeah!!!! It's summer!!! I think today it finally hit me that it is summer and there is no school!!! I went to my friend's girls' camp and it was really fun! I came back today and hung out with my friends! I got home and realized that tomorrow is only thursday and I don't have anything going on!!! YEAH!!! I am sad though because my friend, Ruby, is leaving to CA for 5 weeks!!! :( I will be gone a lot of that time, but it is still sad. :( I will miss you, Ruby! I will also miss you Lydia! Text me! Today I watched a very entertaining, cheesy show!!! I was with my friends, Annie, Chandler, and Ruby!!! We had walked a little ways to Island Flavor, waited for about an hour! (oh well, it was good and a bunch of friends were there to talk to!), then walked back. We got to Annie's house and played with her adorable!!!!, cute!!!!, and small!!! (please, Mom? :)) yorkie (spelling?) puppies!!! Then we went and watched a show called H2O on Nickalodean! It was very entertaining and all we did was make fun of it!!! It is about 3 girls that become mermaids when they get wet and their "adventures!" LOL!!! It was really funny!!! (more b/c we made fun of it! sorry, if u like that show!) Annie, we so need to do that again! lol! :)

I am SOOOO excited for summer!!! I am done with school! We only have two weeks left, but they are like torture! I don't really enjoy teachers that are boring or that hate you. I do NOT enjoy dress code either! Why? Why torture us with a stupid dress code? Is it fun? I will never know. Today a REALLY yummy snow cone place opened (Island Flavor)!

I go there almost every day in the summer! Today a few friends and I walked home from school and stopped by to get a snow cone! It was Really good! And one last thing (of course there is MANY more! but, anyways) swimming! Today in YW (young women's) we went swimming and did water arobics! It was really fun!

I'm SO excited! Today is the opening night of our school musical, ! I'm leaving in about 45 minutes to go to the school and get ready! Finally! After weeks and weeks of many long, sometimes tiring, rehearsals, we are performing! I am going to miss the rehearsals and all the fun that we had during them, begging for food/money, playing the fortune telling card game, stealing teddy bears and keeping them hostage. :( Good times, but I'm REALLY excited to perform!!! Today we did a matinee for the elementary schools. A few classes from different elementary schools came and we performed for them. I don't really consider that Opening Night, though, because they were "forced" to come and see and the auditorium was only about 1/2 full, but tonight, well, this will be like the Real Thing! Wish me luck!

On Thursday, book reports are do in Mrs. Allred's (my English teacher) class. I'm only about 1/2 way through the book, which really stressed me out. I don't read very fast and I still had about 100-150 pages left of the book and I'd have to read and write the book report in three days. Not good. Lucky for my Mrs. Allred decided to be nice and help me out. I'm in the school play and told us today that if we were in the play she would let us have the long weekend to finish the book report! YEAH!!!

So tonight during family night, while the rest of us were reading my grandma's e-mails that she's sent from her trip around the world, Nicholas was in his own little world. My behind was getting sore from sitting on the chair so I asked Nicholas to get me a pillow. (Lol!) Nicholas went to get a pillow and started taking one of the couch cushion pillows. I started shaking my head "no" and pointed to one that was just there for decoration. But, he insisted and brought it over to me. He said, "How 'bout dis one? It's comfy. It's comfy," with a huge smile on his face like he was so proud that he brought me a pillow. Then he decided that pillows were a great idea and got one for everyone, and got 3 for himself. He climbed up on his pillow mountain and fell off! But he didn't want anyone to get worried (which we never were) so he just said while kind-of laughing, "I'm okay! I'm okay!" It was so cute! And by the time we finished reading he had managed to fix the (not ever) broken chair. (Just another excuse to play with tape!) We all looked over at him and he pulled a blanket off the chair like he was revealing something very important and showed us the tape all over the chair. While we all looked he said with a huge, cute little smile, "Dis is a bwoken chawr, so we gotta' fix it with tape!" (or, This is a broken chair, so we gotta' fix it with tape!) It was so cute! I love Nicholas! He always makes me smile!

St. George Soccer Tournament

Over Presidents' Day weekend my family and I drove down to St. George. I had a soccer tournament down there so my family decided to come along. I'm in the U14 league (about 1/2 of our team is playing up one league because there were too many girls for the U13 team), but I decided to stay with most of the U13 girls instead of my team. We had 9 girls all in one room! Each night we rotated, 2 slept on one bed, 2 slept on another bed, 2 slept on the stow-away, and 3 slept on the ground. Every night we stayed up until at least 12:00. Last night I went to bed at 2:00. Maybe that's the reason why we lost so many games. Ok, we didn't win all of our games, well, we didn't win any, but that's ok. I still had a lot of fun with my friends and met new ones too! It was so much fun! I spent the whole time with the team and no time with my family (sorry fam.)! 1-2-3 GO SCORPIONS! (That's my team name/cheer).

Not much to report, just a little boring info. cause my friends keep bugging me to update. (Chandler. lol!)

My Awesome Cell Phone!

YEAH!!! Finally after much begging, waiting, threatening, more begging, more waiting, bribing, and more waiting I was able to convince my dad to get me a cell phone if I pay for it. Some people would dread paying for their own cell phone, but I actually don't mind. I have 3 younger brothers and end up babysitting them many times a month. That works out well, cause I just have to babysit free for a few hours a month. Of course I have texting, it's the new thing for all teenagers. I have been texting my friend, Chandler, nearly every second I get. Since she's Verizon I don't have to pay extra! Score! I LOVE my phone! It's SO cool! It's so new too! (It probably won't stay that way for too long). My friend came over and saw it and just said... "It's beautiful!" I don't mean to brag, but I'm just excited! Isn't that what you're supposed to do on blogs anyways?

That's a bad picture of me, but that's OK.

I Love You, President Hinkley!

Tonight, at about 7:00 President Hinkley, the prophet of the LDS Church, passed away. He was 97 and died of old age. I grew up knowing President Hinkley as my prophet and loved him a lot. I know, though, that it was his time to go and he is in a better place now. Now Thomas S. Monson will be the new prophet and I'm sure that I will love him just as much. I love you, President Hinkley!

Last night we got a TON of snow! I woke up to 1.5 feet of snow easy! Since we were out of school due to Martin Luther King Day my family went bowling and to Pei Wei. It was really fun and delicious. After bowling and lunch I went to my friend, Ruby's, house. We watched Hairspray, ate dinner (and, yes Dad, I ate my vegetables) and watched Hairspray's special features, such as how they made John Travolta into Edna! It was really cool! I had fun today! Thanks Ruby, Mom, and Dad!

Happy Birthday, Nicholas!

Yesterday was Nicholas' birthday! He turned 3 years old! Because he loves trains so much we rode on a train that let us off at Soldier Hollow to go tubing. It was a lot of fun!

When we got home from tubing and the train ride there was another present on the porch! It was from our next door neighbor Lexie, who is very close with Nick! It was awesome that she'd remember his birthday and bring him a present! He was very excited to see glow-sticks, candy, stickers, and a new teddy bear (his old one got lost at Yellowstone).

The Environmental Challenge (EC) is a contest that my science teacher had us enter. We had to figure out a plan and do it to help our environment. My group had a No Car Day. We were 1/16 winners in the US! We each got $500 and our teacher got $500 for our school!

Funny Sleepover

Cool! I just figured out how to make different fonts and colors! Awesome (even though there aren't very many fonts)!

Here is the even better part! Today I did my last music concert! Yes! I Hated them! Our term ends on January 17, a few weeks after we get back from Christmas break! Instead of going to boring music and P.E. I get to go to Art and Utah Studies. Utah Studies might not be so fun, but I'm sure that it'll be much better than Music.

Power to the Townspeople!

My friends and I all* made it into the musical! Most of us are townspeople/acting chorus! I'm so excited! It may not sound like a big part, and sure I was a little dissapointed, but without us the stage would be empty! There would be no other voices singing! So I look at us as one of the most important part! And we still get to wear a costume and be IN the musical, instead of watching it! Yeah!

*OK, so everyone that tried out made it in. There were about 2 pages full of chorus! If everyone didn't make it in, I'd probably be cut from the chorus!

Yesterday, on the first day of December, it snowed all day! It snowed 8 inches! I was SO excited! I LOVE the snow! These aren't the best pictures, but I couldn't get my others, so these are the best that I have. I LOVE SNOW!

My mom tagged me from her blog and I'm supposed to tell 5 things that are little known about me. I guess I didn't realize that my mom tagged me or I would have done this a lot sooner! Here it goes:

1) I got bored on the cruise!
How could someone get bored on the cruise? Well, I can do anything (almost) ha ha ha! Luckily I was only bored for one day because that would have been a bummer cruise! The rest of the time was G-R-E-A-T, GREAT! On that particular day I was bored I watched TV (Disney Channel, I don't have it at home so I loved the Cruise for that (and the rest of the stuff)) got some pizza, watched more TV, walked around the ship, watched even more TV, got more pizza and some ice cream, watched Even More TV and ate, and the day went on like that until my dad came back to the room and found me. We ended up buying a smoothie and talking then I went swimming with Nick (I think, or was that a different day I went swimming? I don't remember!)

2)I should be doing Homework right now...
but couldn't resist blogging when I read my mom's blog again and realized that I was tagged!

3)I have a book report due Friday and I'm only halfway through the book!
I read today during school every chance that I got! I read all through music (thanks to Amelia, she was reading and I decided to also) which is 50 minutes! I got quite a bit through during that time! Hopefully I can finish the book and not have to stay up 'til 12:00 on Thursday finishing up reading and doing the report!

4)I HATE chalkboards and fingernails (you know the scratching).
I get the chills and try not to listen to myself or someone else when I or they start talking about just chalk or chalkboards. I immediatly think of scratching on chalkboards. I have to hury up and move on because literally! right now I'm shivering and grossing myself out!

5)I swear that I am addicted to pretzels and orange juice!

I LOVE to have pretzels and orange juice when I get home from school or when it's lunch time. They taste so good together (i don't dip the pretzels in the orange juice if that's what you're thinking!) Right now I have a pretzel in my mouth, but sadly I have to have water because we don't have the yummy fresh squeezed Winder Dairy orange juice that I always look forward to.

My Totally Awesome DISNEY CRUISE!

I had an AWESOME time on the Disney Cruise! It was so much fun! I would have blogged on the Cruise exept for 2 things: A) I was having to much fun. and B) It cost 75 cents per minute for the internet. I'd be paying probably over $100. I'd rather save the money and blog at home, where it's free (or at least for me). I took 261 pictures while on the cruise! WOW! I won't show them all, but I'll show some of my favorites. Oh yeah, where we were was 2 hours ahead of us so it really feels like 12:00 right now, but I just have to keep looking at the clock telling myself that I still have more time.

DAY 1
We rode the plane in FIRST CLASS!!! Awesome! It was really nice!

When we landed in Florida, we cruised around Downtown Disney in Disney World.

Day 2
We boarded the ship!

When we boarded we walked through Mickey's face! That was pretty clever!

Here is the lobby as we are boarding the ship! I took tons of pictures (261 to be exact) that I can't put on so I have to narrow it down...a lot!

When we were on the ship I went to our room, then exploring.

Nick's Observation

About 1 hour ago Nicholas found a hole puncher. He came to me with it and a piece of paper. He asked me to "do it". I took the hole puncher and punched out a smiley face. He thought that was SO cool, so I attempted an "N" for Nicholas. It didn't turn out too well, but Nick didn't care. He said, "Is it swallowing the paper?" It was so funny and so cute! I love Nick!

We are going on the Disney Cruise on Friday! I'm SO excited! Keep checking in because I'm going to try and blog about it everyday with lots of pictures!

My Awesome New Boots!

My mom went to Costco today and came home with these awesome boots! She said she was going to give them as a Christmas present or just have me pay her back. When I saw them I didn't want to have to wait! I decided to pay her.

Acting

I'm doing an acting class at school with my friends. I love it! My teacher is really nice, funny, and really honest. Today we talked about the school musical coming up. Auditions are in 1 month! EEK! We have to sing 32 (that's a lot!!!) measures of a song. She said to sing probably something from a Rodgers and Hammerstein play because we are doing their Cinderella for the play. I don't know what to sing! If you have any ideas please comment so. Our acting teacher and music teacher are casting. My acting teacher said that she really wants to cast boys for the ugly step sisters! That will be So funny!

Halloween (The actual Day)

Yesterday was Halloween! I had SO much fun! I went Trick or Treating with my friends, Ruby and Chandler. I was going to take pictures, but I forgot. My mom has good pictures on her blog though! I got a lot of candy! I traded with my friends and brothers, although not surprisingly as much as I usually do. I sold a bunch to my mom too! I get $14! While Trick or Treating and after trading I had 17 Butterfingers! I used to hate them (probably since I hadn't tried them and they just sounded gross) but now I LOVE them! There is a house down the street from mine that gives out hot chocolate and scones with honey butter every year! YUM! I got a lot of compliments on my costume. I was Batman, with a too small costume. I had an awesome cape and mask and my hair was in a very high ponytail pinned (clipped) to my head so it didn't flap around much. I also had the BEST boots! They were up to my knee and had the biggest heel! Except it wasn't just on the heel! It was on the whole boot! I felt really tall! I hope everyone had a good night! I feel sorry for my friend though, she's off sugar.

The Hannah Montana Concert

Today I get to go to the Hannah Montana concert! I'm so excited! She's performing at the Delta Center, excuse me, I mean,... The Energy Solutions Center. I hate that name! I much prefer the Delta Center. Anyways,... my cousins invited me to go with them! They are sooo cute! One is 5 and the other is 8. Thank You SO much guys! Our seats are on row 13 (I think.) They are coming to pick me up in, like, 20 minutes. I know you all are jealous! I'll update soon about how it was!

Pumpkin Carving

Today we carved our pumpkins. It was a lot of fun. It took "guts" to clean the pumpkins out! Ha...Ha...Ha...!(?) This year my dad didn't carve one of his own, he helped Christopher carve his. Christopher carved Nick's. Marty's is a skeleton, my mom's is the only happy one, mine is a (?)vampire dripping blood, Nick's is ... um, I don't know, and Chris's is just a spooooky jack-o-lantern. It's October and it's almost Halloween. Have we already been in school almost a month? It goes by so fast! We got our Halloween decorations up a week or two ago. Here are some of them.

This is the new spider web that my mom bought this year. My friend and I made a spider out of clay. Hopefully it will stay up there.

A New Tire Swing

Today my mom bought a tire and rope to hang a new tire swing. As soon as she told us this Marty and his friend ran outside and got the tire and me and Lexie rushed to the garage to get the ladder. We had some struggles getting the ladder high enough, in the right place, steady, etc. But we finally got it. I have to admit Lexie is a lot braver than me, because I would not climb up that ladder to tie the rope and Lexie did it right away (as long as I held the ladder).

Once the rope was tied nice and tight Lexie and I tried to make a hole in the tire. We couldn't find the drill bits so we drilled a screw through it. With a drill you can pull the screw back out with the reverse button right? I guess not. We couldn't figure out how to get the screw out! This is Marty struggling to get the screw back out of the tire.

Finally my dad came home, got the screw out, made a hole, and hung the tire! I was the first one to swing on it! Here I am!

Jr. High Moments this Week

These are the Jr. High embarrassing moments of this week:

1) I fell off my chair 2-3 times in the same period, one in which I sliped through the middle of two chairs.
2) During lunch I tripped on my own foot and my friend had to help me stay steady.
3) During music whenever I stood up I had to sit back down and s-l-o-w-l-y stand back up because I stood up to fast and felt dizzy. (I know mom, I need to drink more water)
4) When I was helping put risers away in music I bumped into a boy because I couldn't stop myself from walking (my friend was kind of pushing on her side of the riser) I was also saying "Watch out, watch out, watch out, watch out!"
5) As I was going up the stairs I was telling my friend about #4 and tripped and pushed a kid (by accident, I'm not the violent type)
6) In PE I started telling the other team what to do to get MY team out (without knowing it).

I'm sure more will be added on as the week goes on.

My Delicious Evening

My friend's mom is a FABULOUS cook! She even has a cooking class. She cooks and teaches everyone how to at the same time. I was lucky and my friend invited me to come. Tonight was CHOC ~ O ~ LATE night! Deeeelicious! (Kay, remember?) She made an Oreo Cake, a Chocolate Dream Pie, Death by Chocolate Pudding Cake, Bliss Cheesecake (my personal favorite), and Black and White Mousse. Oh yeah, I know you all are jealous! I'm SO lucky! I LOVED it! At the end we all got a little bit of EVERYTHING!

I'm a party pooper and wasn't able to finish it all, so I had to bring it home and eat the rest. My mom broke her 'no sugar' diet and ate some, she just couldn't stand it sitting right in front of her, taunting her, saying (in a really high pitched voice) "Angela, Angela, we're delicious! Come and eat us! Angela." OK, so desserts* don't really talk, but I'm sure she was imagining it.

As it is a school night and it is 10:37 and I'm supposed to be asleep by 10:00 I better go. Blogging is so addicting!

*I always seemed to get deserts and desserts mixed up until my 6th grade teacher, Mrs. Wagstaff taught me that you want more desserts, so you have more s'! Just a little tip for all of you like me who quite often get words like that mixed up.

Just a Little Tip

Never try to do confusing algebra while in your room with the door shut laying on the carpet or you might fall asleep and be really tired and not want to get up for dinner even though you are really hungry. Instead you should do confusing algebra somewhere where you have some fresh air, at a table, and where you don't feel closed in. TRUST ME! (it may have happened)

My Root Canal

So, I had a root canal today. Ouch! Painful! I was sobbing! I think after this I'm going to go to bed. No, just kidding! I started by leaving music class 15 minutes early! Yes! Then when I got to the dentist office he started. I barely felt a thing! Maybe that's because my tooth was mostly dead (who's seen Princess Bride?!) While he was doing the root canal I felt the drill, I felt the wire thingy that he stuck up my tooth, but (Meesh, this may shock you!) it didn't hurt! It tickled! Well, I'm glad that my teeth are back to (kind-of) normal. Now I can just live a normal life! Ha ha ha!

As one of the required Jr. High classes I have to take music. Personally, I think that it's very boring. I used to be in the very back and in the middle. Since I was far back I figured I wouldn't get caught if I did my Algebra homework. I never did! (Aren't I terrible!) My mom said it was OK! At least I'm not sluffing! He then moved me a row forward, the third row. I had to be a little more cautious, but I could still work. Then he moved me again! I'm now by the wall, which I don't like, and in the front! I guess no more homework. Dang it!

(I'm new at this blogging thing, today's my first day. I didn't want only one post, so I wrote something random. I'll try not to do it again! Ha Ha Ha!)

Can The Frog Tap Dance?

Of course you are wondering about my strange title. I chose this for a few reasons.
1) I am a fan of the muppets and have the CD.
2) This is the question that has baffled mankind through the ages.
3) It (in my opinion) is funny. But maybe that's just because I am "weird" and listen to the Muppet CD.

You probably won't get this unless you have heard the CD or song, but in one of the songs Kermit the Frog says, "Now is time to answer that question that has baffled mankind through the ages, namely, Can the Frog Tap Dance?"

So, you can still think that my title is strange, but at least you know why I chose it.
